$170 for One Hour Session
$255 for 90 Minute Session
Please inquire about reduced fee and student rates that may be available
Immersive Healing Intensive fee’s should be discussed directly with Amy
EMDR, Early Trauma Intervention and Couples/Family sessions with Amy may be 90 minutes or longer in length
Insurance
At the is time, we are not an in-network provider on any insurance panels. We do accept Health Savings Account, HSA and FSA cards.
There are many benefits to self-pay therapy.
- Your insurance company will not have access to your therapy records.
- Your confidentiality is protected and not disclosed to insurance companies.
- No diagnosis is required during your therapy
- Diagnoses given will not become part of your permanent medical record. Insurance companies may use diagnoses to influence future rates and eligibility.
- Insurance companies will not dictate the number of sessions. We would decide together the length, modalities used and frequency of therapy.
- You are not limited to only the therapists on your insurance panel. You can find the right fit for you.
We are happy to provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, but often insurance companies will pay for some of the cost of therapy. Diagnosis and some treatment information will have to be given in this scenario We encourage clients to contact their insurance provider and explore their out-of-network benefits.
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
