Scheduling a consultation is easy because we will work together to select a time to meet. After submitting your information, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule your consultation

A few important things to know:

1. If you still have questions about fees or insurance, check here for some answers. Scheduling a consultation indicates that you are aware of the financial policies of our practice.
2. Consultations are complimentary and are held via Zoom or phone call. Therapy sessions can be in person at our Orlando office or online throughout Florida and Virginia.
3. You can expect the consultation to last approximately 15-25 minutes, so be ready to choose a time when you can step away and have 15-25 minutes of privacy.
4. Scheduling a consultation is not committing you to therapy. This is a time for us to get to know each other and discuss your goals for therapy.
5. We are out of network for most PPO Insurance plans. Not being insurance paneled or being in network with insurance companies allows us to focus on your needs and protect your privacy. Many insurance companies dictate length of coverage and mandates us to provide a diagnosis that remains part of your medical record.
6. While every situation is unique, many clients report feeling relief and positive outcomes after 8-10 months of therapy. We track therapy outcomes and keep you involved in the entire process to be sure your therapy is actually enhancing your life.
