Expressive Arts is a wonderful way to enhance and deepen your journey of self-discovery. Using approaches that are integrative and multimodal based, we will using a variety of methods to deepen your healing and get to know yourself better. Expressive arts approaches can utlize writing, visual arts, sand tray therapy, music and other creative forms of self expression.
Expressive arts can bring clarity and connection to that liminal space of inner knowing and emotional release.
While very different from being an “artist”, no skills or talents are needed for self-expression. The healing happens during the creative process itself, with the outcome leading to feeling a sense of greater authenticity and genuiness.
