    Anxiety is a real thing; you know that feeling of dread that often hits when you wake up each morning.  The empty feeling in the pit of your stomach.  The non-stop picking at your fingers, checking your phone, wondering if people can see how much anxiety you are feeling and how hard it is to stay present.  You find yourself feeling irritable, filled with self-doubt and overwhelm.  We’ll work together to help you gain confidence with tools that will help the anxiety to soften and allow you to step back to a place of empowerment.  Soon enough, you will find yourself stepping back into your life feeling calm, clear and confident.
